Siren Nurse Spotlight: Denise Gonzales, LPN

Denise Gonzales is an LVN, and has over seven years experience as a nurse. She has worked as a wound care nurse for four years at a skilled nursing facility, where she worked closely with wound care doctors in overseeing and managing chronic wounds. Her most recent experience is in adult and pediatric home health. She resides in Roseville, CA, and enjoys being with family, riding her bike, and hiking.

"I had a patient who made an appointment with his doctor. Come to find out the patient had a wound that was previously healed re-opened. The hotspot alert from Siren and symptoms of mild pain is what made him see his doctor! So what a success!"

Denise says, "I think Siren socks are a really amazing technology that could help a lot of people, and I think its amazing to work for a new company that offers this service. I've always loved helping people. One of the reasons why I became a nurse is that it's very rewarding to make a difference in people lives. My co-workers are awesome, and I really feel we all pitch in when we can to help each other."
